Terms of membership

The Recipe Club ("we" or "us"), 35 Market Street, Huddersfield HD1 1PB, runs therecipeclub.co.uk. These terms cover your Recipe Club membership. By joining you agree to them. Questions go to hi@therecipeclub.co.uk.

Membership costs £4.99 a month or £39.99 a year, paid through Stripe. It renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. If a price ever changes, we will email you at least 30 days before it affects you, and you can cancel before it does.

Your membership is for you and your household. Please don't share your login or the recipes outside it.

Cancel any time from Your membership in your profile, or from the Help page. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. Because the Club starts as soon as you join, you agree when you join that you can use it straight away, which means that right to cancel for a full refund ends once you start using it. If something has gone wrong, email us anyway and we will always look at it fairly.

We work hard to keep the Club running, but it may sometimes be unavailable while we fix or improve it. If a problem is our fault, email us and we will put it right.

Nothing in these terms takes away your legal rights as a consumer.

Nutrition figures are a guide, worked out from the ingredients we use, and will change with the brands and amounts you choose. Always check labels for allergens and follow food safety advice, especially when cooking for children, during pregnancy or for anyone with an allergy.

Recipes you add or import stay private to you. Comments and photos you share with other members must be your own and kind. We may remove anything that isn't.

We can close an account that is used to break these terms, for example by sharing a login widely or copying the Club's recipes to publish elsewhere.

The Club's recipes, photos, videos and meal plans belong to The Recipe Club. Cook them as often as you like at home. Please don't copy, sell or publish them.

If we change these terms we will update this page and tell you about anything important by email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Last updated 18 October 2026.
