150g pizza sauce with oregano and basil
2 medium portions ovenbaked French fries (165g each)
80g grated mozzarella
12 slices pepperoni
15g sliced jalapenos

Air fry the chips at 180°C for around 15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crisp.
Scatter over half of the mozzarella once the chips are cooked.
Spoon the pizza sauce over the cheese so it sits on top of the first layer.
Add the remaining mozzarella to create a layer that helps keep the chips crisp underneath.
Top with the pepperoni and jalapeños.
Air fry for a few more minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling, then serve straight away
