Prawn & prosecco linguine

Method

1. 1

   Cook pasta in salted water, drain, reserve some water for the end

   Fry the garlic in some spray oil

3. 3

   Add the chilli and spring onion and fry for a few minutes then add the Prosecco and simmer for a few more minutes

   Add the pepper and cream and stir

5. 5

   Add the Parmesan and prawns, cook until prawns change colour (4-5 mins)

6. 6

   Then add the tomatoes and pasta,l and stir to warm through, then loosen with the pasta water if required

7. 7

   Serve and enjoy!
