Honey bbq chilli beef fried rice

Method

   Fry the mince in a few sprays of oil until browned then add the onion to cook

   Mix together the BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, ketchup, sweet chilli sauce, garlic purée, ginger purée and chilli flakes in a bowl then add to the mince and stir

   Let it simmer until it thickens

   Meanwhile, in another pan, fry the rice and the broccoli in a few sprays of oil for a few minutes

   Make a well in the middle of the rice and crack the eggs into it, stir until cooked then mix together with the rice

   Serve the fried rice evenly into four bowls and top with the beef and enjoy!
