Nando's pasta

Method

   Butterfly the chicken breasts and coat in the Peri-Peri marinade and leave overnight in the fridge (or for at least 30 mins)

   Once marinated, pan fry the chicken with some frylight until cooked through

   While the chicken is cooking, boil the pasta and drain, then set aside

   Chop the onion and add to a frying pan with the peppers, fry together

5. 5

   Add 3 tablespoons of the peri peri marinade to the pan along with the tomato purée and stir

6. 6

   Add the chicken stock to the pan and cook for 5-10 minutes until sauce reduces and thickens

7. 7

   Add the cream cheese and stir well, then stir the pasta through the sauce

8. 8

   Slice up the chicken and serve on top of the pasta
