Pasta salad

Method

   Chop up the pepper, onion, spring onion and lettuce, halve the cherry tomatoes

   Take the corn off the cob and discard the cob (make sure it’s cooked)

   Chop cheese into small chunks

   Bash the chicken breast in some greaseproof paper to flatten it, season well with salt and pepper and coat it in the barbecue sauce

   Fry the bacon and chicken until fully cooked, then allow to cool before chopping into pieces

   Cook the pasta in boiling water, drain, then set aside to cool

   To assemble, mix the chicken, bacon, cheese, salad, and pasta with the dressing and mayonnaise until well combined

   Season with salt and pepper to taste
