Sticky nando's chicken thighs

Method

   Pat the chicken thighs with some kitchen roll

   Place the thighs in a bowl with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and chilli flakes and coat well

   Place the cornflour in a separate bowl with a little more paprika, season with salt and pepper

   Coat the chicken in the cornflour

   Place the coated chicken into the basket of an air fryer, spray with some frylight and cook for 20 minutes, turning halfway

   To make the glaze, mix the soy sauce, Nando’s marinade, honey and ketchup in a saucepan and simmer until thickened

   Once the chicken thighs have cooked, place into a bowl and pour the glaze over the top, mixing to coat evenly

   Garnish with spring onion and red chilli and serve with your favourite sauce

   For the dip, mix some sour cream with a little garlic purée and chives
