All recipesComfort ClubCreamy Garlic mushroom Steak Baked Potatoes1 hr 2 portionsSave recipeJoin to planI cooked thisPrint cardYearly members: printable PDFIngredientsCooking for2170g fillet steak2 medium baked potatoes, with skin200g baby button mushrooms50ml double cream alternative2 x 100g baby carrots, raw2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese8 stalks tenderstem broccoli, boiled or steamed2 knobs butter50ml dry white wine1 teaspoon garlic purée3 sprays extra virgin olive oilMethod1Pierce the potatoes all over with a fork and microwave for around 10 minutes until softened2Place the potatoes in the air fryer, spray lightly with olive oil and season with salt3Cook at 180°C for about 30 minutes until crisp on the outside4Add the baby carrots to the air fryer for the final 15–20 minutes, spray with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper5While the potatoes cook, season the fillet steak with salt and pepper and spray lightly with olive oil6Heat a frying pan over a high heat and cook the steak for a few minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your liking7Remove from the pan and leave to rest, then slice into strips8In the same pan add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes until softened9Stir in the garlic purée and cook for another minute10Pour in the white wine and allow it to bubble for a couple of minutes11Add the double cream alternative and grated parmesan and stir until the sauce becomes creamy12Slice the baked potatoes down the middle and press gently to open them up13Add a knob of butter to each potato14Top with the sliced steak and spoon over the creamy mushroom sauce15Serve with the roasted carrots and tenderstem broccoli on the side#BeefComments Sign in to leave a comment.Be the first to leave a note.
