Gnocchi lasagne

Method

1. 1

   Fry the gnocchi in a little olive oil, once lightly browned set aside.

   Warm up the bolognese, then spread at the bottom of an ovenproof dish.

   Add the gnocchi on top.

   Cover the gnocchi in the white sauce and smooth over with a spoon.

   Sprinkle the cheese over, top with some dried parsley then put under the grill until golden and serve.
