Air fryer gnocchi pollo picante

Method

   Coat the sliced chicken in half a tbsp of the harissa, slice the chilli in half

   Add the chicken and chilli to the air fryer, spray with a little oil spray and cook on 180°C for 10 minutes or until cooked through, take out and slice the chicken

   Add the gnocchi to the air fryer, shake to coat in the leftover juices, spray with a little spray oil and air fry for 8 minutes on 180°C, shaking halfway

   Remove the gnocchi from the air fryer, take out the crisper tray, return the gnocchi back to the air fryer, add the tomatoes, cook for another 4 minutes on 180°C

   Add 1 tbsp harissa, the cream, and spinach; mix everything well (make sure spinach is well mixed so it doesn’t burn), add a splash of water and air fry for another 5 minutes on 180°C

   Add the sliced chicken and chilli on top, return to warm the chicken through for a couple of minutes

   Take out and serve with a sprinkle of parmesan!
