Creamy sweet chilli halloumi & pepperoni linguine

Method

   Cook linguine, reserve splash of water

   Fry halloumi in spray oil until goldenset aside

3. 3

   Fry pepperoni for one minute and set aside

4. 4

   In the same pan, soften pepper, onion, garlic, chilli flakes in pepperoni oil

5. 5

   Add the sweet chilli sauce, cream and Parmesan and simmer for 1 minute

   Return the halloumi, pepperoni & linguine to pan with pasta water and heat through

7. 7

   Top with the spring onion, serve and enjoy!
