All recipesFake-Away ClubOne pan chilli cheeseburger pasta20 min 2 portionsSave recipeJoin to planI cooked thisPrint cardIngredientsCooking for22 beef burgers200g dried pasta1 small red onion, diced1/2 red pepper, diced1 tsp smoked paprika1 tsp garlic1 tsp cumin1/2 tsp oreganoPinch of chilli flakes1 tsp sugar2 tbsp tomato puree300ml semi skimmed milk300ml water30g cheddar, grated30g mozzarella, gratedMethod1Start by frying the burgers off in a pan, break them up as you cook them, then add the red onion and pepper, then the lazy garlic2Now add the cumin, smoked paprika and a sprinkle of chilli flakes, stir together3Now add the tomato puree, stir again, add the milk and water, then add the pasta and the sugar and the oregano, stir and cover with foil or a lid and let the pasta cook on a medium heat, stirring now and again to make sure it doesn’t stick, should take about 10 -15 minutes4Once pasta has cooked, add the cheeses on top, cover to let it melt for a cook of minutes, sprinkle some dried parsley on top, serve and enjoy!5This serves 2 large portions, so would probably serve more with a big salad and garlic bread etc!#Beef#Under 30 minsComments Sign in to leave a comment.Be the first to leave a note.
