Chicken pesto wrap

Method

   Mix the mayonnaise and pesto together in a bowl, add the cooked chicken and mix until coated

   Put the chicken in the centre of the wrap, top with the cherry tomatoes, season with pepper and add the mozzarella on top

   Fold tightly into a burrito shape so that all the sides are covered

   Air fry on 180°C for 6-8 minutes or until it’s starting to crisp up, turning halfway

5. 5

   Slice in half and enjoy!
