Marinate for at least 10 minutes2Put the cornflour in another bowl, dip each chicken strip in the cornflour so it’s evenly coated, then place on a plate3Shallow fry the strips in oil until crispy4Once cooked, take them out of the pan and place on kitchen roll to drain5Make the sweet and sour glaze by mixing 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar, and 1 tsp garlic purée together in a pan; keep stirring on the heat until thickened and bubbling6Add the crispy chicken to the glaze and mix well to coat everything evenly#ChickenComments Sign in to leave a comment.Be the first to leave a note.
