Stir well.3Pour in 650ml water, the stockpot, and parsley. Stir, cover with a lid, and cook on a low heat for around 10 minutes, stirring regularly until the orzo is tender and creamy.4Stir in the Boursin until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.5Meanwhile, season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, cayenne, and a drizzle of chilli oil.6Add the salmon to a preheated air fryer and cook at 200°C for 10 minutes until golden and cooked through.7Serve the creamy Boursin orzo in bowls topped with the crispy air fryer salmon.8Optional tip: swap the salmon for chicken, prawns or a veggie protein if you prefer.#Beef#Under 30 minsComments Sign in to leave a comment.Be the first to leave a note.
