Air fryer hunter's sausage traybake

Method

   Slice baby potatoes in half (quarter the bigger ones), line the air fryer, and coat the potatoes in oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Shake to coat evenly.

   Air fry for 10 minutes at 180°C (or bake for 15 minutes at the same temp).

   Wrap sausages in bacon, place on top of the potatoes, and cook for another 15 minutes or until done.

   Drizzle over BBQ sauce, add cheese, and return to the air fryer for 5 more minutes until bubbling.

   Serve with peas and enjoy!
