Bbq philly cheesesteak

Method

   Mix together the olive oil, 1 tbsp BBQ sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic purée, and some salt and pepper.

   Marinate the steak in the mixture for 10 minutes.

   Meanwhile, fry the onion until soft.

   Once the steak has marinated, slice it in half and add to the pan.

   Once the steak is cooked through, remove it from the pan, slice it up, and return to the pan (lower the heat).

   Pour another tbsp of BBQ sauce on top of the steak, place the cheese slice on top, and place the cooked onions on top of the cheese.

   Let everything melt together for a few minutes.

   Toast the pita and cut it open, then put the cheesy steak inside and close it up.
