Then add in peppers and chopped tomatoes5Add in the garlic, cajun spice (to taste) and smoked paprika, plus salt and pepper to taste6Add in the cream cheese and mozzarella7Finally add in the pasta and some of the pasta water to bind everything together8Serve with the crunchy halloumi bites on top9I also made some garlic bread using a leftover sub roll - just cut the roll in half, mix butter with garlic puree and parsley and spread onto the halves of the roll.
