Asian style creamy pasta

Method

   Fry the mince off until nice and browned and beginning to crisp up on the edges. If you have sesame oil, use that to make it more ‘Asian’ in flavour

   Meanwhile, put your pasta on to cook

   Add the red onions and whites of the spring onions and cook off until softened

4. 4

   Add the garlic puree, peppers, tenderstem, honey, soy sauce, and gochujang and stir fry until combined

5. 5

   Next, add in the cream, parmesan, and mozzarella and mix until nice and creamy

6. 6

   Finally, add in the pasta with some of the pasta water and mix everything until combined

7. 7

   Serve with the greens of the spring onions on top, and serve with some garlic bread if you like!
