Slow cooker nando's pasta

Method

   Add the chicken, peppers and onion to the slow cooker and season with a pinch of salt and pepper

   Add the chilli flakes, smoked paprika, Nando’s rub and tomato purée along with the stockpot/cube and mix with 300ml water

   Put the lid on and cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours

   Add the milk, pasta, the soft cheese, and the Nando’s marinade into the slow cooker and stir well

   Cook on high for around a further 30-40 minutes or until the pasta has cooked

   (slow cooker times will vary depending on the model)

   Once the pasta is cooked, sprinkle on the cheese, put the lid back on until it has melted then serve into 4 portions and enjoy!
