Marry me chicken

Method

   Coat the chicken pieces with salt, pepper and the flour, fry in the butter for a few minutes on each side to get some nice colour, then remove from the pan

   Add the onion to the same pan, fry for a couple of minutes with the rest of the oil

   Now, add the mushrooms, garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper and the chilli flakes and stir to soften the veg for a few minutes

   Next, add the white wine and simmer for a few minutes, then add the cream, stir well and add the Parmesan

   Meanwhile, make the rice according to the packet instructions (or see my perfect rice recipe!)

   Add the chicken back to the pan and gently simmer together for 5 minutes, making sure the chicken is cooked all the way through

   Top with the parsley and serve with rice, mash or pasta!

   NOTE: We added more chicken that what it shows on the video, you could even use 4 chicken breasts instead of 3 depending on how hungry you are/who you’re serving!"
