Yorkshire Puddings

Method

   Whisk together the eggs, milk and flour with a pinch of salt and pepper until it’s a smooth consistency (I used an electric hand whisk)

   Cover and let it rest in the fridge for at least an hour (or you can keep it in overnight)

   Preheat the oven to 200°C and add the oil to each section of a 12 piece muffin tray and heat for at least 10 minutes until it’s very hot

   Meanwhile, take the batter out of the fridge and add an even amount to each section of the muffin tray

   Put the tray in the preheated oven and cook for around 15 minutes or until risen and then turn the heat down to 170°C to ensure they keep cooking but don’t burn and cook for a further 10 minutes

   Remove and serve!
