Five guys burger and fries

Method

   Cut the baking potatoes into fries (no need to peel them) and pat dry. Add salt, pepper and the cajun seasoning and give it all a good mix

   Spray with plenty of spray oil and air fry in two batches (so they stay crispy) on 200°C for 12 minutes each batch, shaking halfway. Once both batches are cooked, return all fries back in to the air fryer just to warm through

   Meanwhile, separate the mince into 8 equal balls and add to a frying pan, smash them down as thin as you can when frying and add salt and pepper to each side. Flip over halfway and cook until brown

   Turn off the heat and put a cheese slice on each burger

   Slice and toast the brioche buns and place the bottoms of the buns onto separate sheets of foil

   Assemble your burgers (adding two patties to each bun) and add sauces/salad of choice then wrap up in the foil and air fry on 200°C for 3 minutes to melt the cheese

   Serve on a plate with the fries and enjoy!
