Beef fried rice

Method

   In a wok or large frying pan, scramble the eggs with some olive oil. Once cooked, set aside

   In the same pan, fry the mince with the half the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey, and garlic. Fry on high heat until most of the liquid is gone and the beef is nicely browned. Set aside with the eggs

   Fry the pepper, spring onion and peas with the sesame oil

   After a few minutes, add the cooked rice to the pan and stir through

   Add the eggs and mince back to the pan and mix everything together

6. 6

   Add the five-spice, chilli flakes, MSG (if using), and another tbsp dark soy sauce

7. 7

   Serve however you like; it’s delicious with a fried egg on top or with plenty of curry sauce and enjoy!
