Ranch pasta salad

Method

   Butterfly the chicken and sprinkle it with salt and pepper, garlic granules/puree and parsley.

   Cook in your air fryer at 180°C, turning halfway through, for about 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked.

   Boil the pasta according to the packet instructions until al dente.

   Fry or air fry the bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.

   In a large bowl, combine the pasta, sweetcorn, bacon, spring onion, pepper, chicken, ranch dressing, and mayo.

   Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
