Slow cooker beef curry

   Add all the ingredients to the bowl of a slow cooker, add water to half fill the empty tomato tin and add that too with a pinch of salt and pepper, crush the tomatoes up a little once you’ve added them (if using plum) and give everything a good stir.

   Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low

   Serve with rice and mango chutney, I like to add a little natural yogurt too!

   You can use any curry paste you like.
