Cheesy stuffed meatball bake

Method

   Start by cutting the meatballs in half and placing a small piece of mozzarella in the center (approximately 15 g should suffice for all of them).

   Reshape the meatballs (I used a heart-shaped cutter for a fun touch) and place them on a baking tray.

   Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C.

   Cook the spaghetti in salted water until it's al dente, then drain and set it aside.

   In the meantime, prepare the sauce. Lightly spray a frying pan with oil and add the onion. Sauté until it becomes soft, then stir in the garlic purée, chili flakes, oregano, tomato purée, passata and cream.

   Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.

   Incorporate the spaghetti and mix everything thoroughly.

   Remove the meatballs from the oven. Transfer the spaghetti to a baking dish, place the meatballs on top, and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.

   Return to the oven for another 10 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
