Air fryer hunter's sausage pasta

Method

   Preheat air fryer to 180°C and spray with oil

   Wrap each sausage in bacon, place in a dish, spray with oil, and cook for 15 minutes, turning halfway

   Add 4 tbsp BBQ sauce and a sprinkle of cheddar on top of sausages, then air fry for another 5 minutes

   Boil and drain linguine once cooked

   Fry onion and peppers in a little oil until softened

   Add garlic, cayenne, Cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika, then mix well

   Stir in tomato purée and the remaining BBQ sauce

   Add stock and stir through, then mix in cream cheese until smooth and creamy

   Combine the sauce with the cooked linguine

    Serve into 4 bowls, top each with 2 of the bacon-wrapped sausages and some mozzarella
