Air fryer hunter's chicken dipper traybake

Method

   Slice the potato into wedges and pop them in a bowl with salt, pepper, half the Cajun seasoning, and a drizzle of olive oil or spray oil. Mix to coat evenly

   Transfer the wedges to the air fryer and cook at 200°C for 15 minutes

   While that’s cooking, add the chicken to the same bowl, sprinkle over the remaining Cajun seasoning, and mix until all the dippers are well coated

   Wrap each piece of chicken in a rasher of bacon and add to the air fryer with the wedges. Cook for another 10 minutes at 200°C

   Once cooked, top the dippers with BBQ sauce and sprinkle cheddar over the whole lot

   Cook for a few more minutes at 180°C until everything is golden and melty

   Serve with your favourite side, I went for garden peas, and enjoy!
