Nando's chicken wrap

Method

   Butterfly the chicken breast, coat in the marinade, cover and leave in the fridge for at least 30 mins to marinate

   Spray a griddle or frying pan with frylight, pan fry the chicken on both sides until cooked through, add the halloumi half way through cooking to also pan fry on both sides

3. 3

   Assemble the wrap with the rest of the ingredients, and top with the peri-peri mayo, then roll up tightly and enjoy
