Slow cooker butter chicken curry

Method

   Add the chicken to the slow cooker and top with the spice from the 2 step sauce (if you're using a different sauce just leave it as it is)

   Next, add the onion, jar of butter chicken cooking sauce, tomato purée and garlic purée and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours

   Add the single cream, stir and return the lid for another 10 minutes

   Meanwhile, open each pitta bread and add 5g of mozzarella inside each, close, spray with some oil and brush with a smudge of garlic purée and sprinkle with parsley then air fry or oven bake on 180°C for 3-4 minutes or until toasted

   Serve the curry, rice and pittas together and enjoy!
