All recipesDate Night ClubChicken Pad Thai20 min 2 portionsSave recipeJoin to planI cooked thisPrint cardIngredientsCooking for2250g chicken breasts, thinly sliced100g dried stick rice noodles2 eggs2 tbsp brown sugar2 tsp tamarind paste1 tbsp fish sauce1 tbsp ketchup2 cloves garlic, diced1 small shallot, diced1 spring onion, sliced2 handfuls bean sproutsHandful peanuts, choppedMethod1In a small bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt.2In another small bowl, mix together the sugar, tamarind paste, fish sauce, and ketchup.3Cook the rice noodles to the packet instructions, then drain and set aside.4Add the garlic, shallot, and spring onion to a pan with a little spray oil. Season the chicken with some salt and pepper.
