Slow cooker thai green curry

Method

   Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker, then add the jar of paste, then the coconut milk (i added some coconut milk to the jar and shook it to get the last bits out)

   Add the garlic, ginger and a pinch of chilli flakes if you like it spicy

   Stir and cook on high for 2 hours (which I did) or on low for 4 hours

   Break up the cooked chicken, it should fall apart easily

   Now add the veg and red chilli and continue to cook for another 15 minutes on high or 30 on low

   Serve with rice and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds (optional) and enjoy!
