Slow Cooker Boursin Arrabbiata

Method

   Add the cherry tomatoes, Boursin, chopped tomatoes, garlic purée, a pinch of salt and pepper, the sugar and chilli flakes into the slow cooker

   Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours

   Give it a good mix and add in the dried pasta, the stock and the frozen spinach, mix and cook on high until the pasta has cooked

   Serve into 4 bowls and enjoy!
