Slow cooker gnocchi bolognese

Method

   Brown off the mince in a frying pan with a beef stock cube/stock pot (my slow cooker sautés as well) then add to the slow cooker

   Add the red pepper, the mushrooms and the onion and mix

   Next, add the chilli flakes, a pinch of salt and pepper, the passata, the oregano, the basil, the garlic purée the tomato purée, the sugar and the balsamic vinegar and give it all a really good stir

   Cook it on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours

   Cook the gnocchi in the air fryer (if you don't have an air fryer you can do it in a frying pan) spray with spray oil and cook it on 180°C for 15 minutes or until crispy, shaking halfway

   Once cooked, mix the gnocchi in with the bolognese in the slow cooker and add the Parmesan

   Serve into 4 bowls and enjoy!
