Air fryer creamy pesto sausage pasta

Method

   Cook the sausages according to packet instructions (you can air fry them), then slice them up

   Boil the pasta, drain, and set aside

   Add mushrooms, peppers, and spring onions to the air fryer with a little spray oil, and cook at 180°C for 5 minutes or until softened

   Add chilli flakes, black pepper, cooked pasta, soft cheese, and pesto then stir to combine

   Top with mozzarella

   Bake at 180°C for around 7 minutes or until golden and bubbling

   Serve and enjoy!
