Cheesy garlic naan

Method

   Combine the yogurt, flour, baking powder and 1/4 tsp of salt in a bowl until it forms a dough

   Cut the dough in half and on a floured surface, flatten out to make similar sized naan shapes

   On one naan dough, spread with 1 tsp butter, 1/4 tsp garlic purée and a sprinkle of parsley, add half slices of cheese then add the other piece of dough on top and press all around the sides

   Put a pan on the stove and turn the heat on high, dry fry the naan on each side for a few minutes, or until puffed up and starting to char in places

   Next, place in the air fryer or oven for 5 minutes on 180°C to ensure it's cooked inside too!

   Melt the other tsp of butter with 1/4 tsp garlic purée and parsley, brush the naan and enjoy!

   Slice in half and share with your favourite curry!
