Add the chicken and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.3In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, cornflour and the remaining smoked paprika with a pinch of salt.4Remove the chicken from the buttermilk, let the excess drip off, then coat well in the flour mixture, pressing it in firmly.5Spray both sides lightly with olive oil spray.6Air fry at 200°C for 18 to 20 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.7Warm the buns in the air fryer for a couple of minutes.8Mix the remaining hot sauce with the honey and brush over the cooked chicken.9Top with a slice of cheese and return briefly to the air fryer to melt.10Build the burgers with mayonnaise, shredded lettuce, gherkins and the cheesy buffalo chicken.#Chicken#Under 30 minsComments Sign in to leave a comment.Be the first to leave a note.
