Air fryer veg & halloumi pasta

Method

   Cut up the halloumi and dry it with some kitchen paper

   Season the veg with 1 tbsp of the seasoning, spray with oil and mix together

   Air fry the veg at 180°C for 20 minutes - until softened

   Meanwhile sprinkle the remaining seasoning over the halloumi and spray with oil, then air fry for about 8 minutes at 180°C, shaking halfway through

   Whilst the veg and halloumi cooks, cook your pasta according to packet instructions

   Once everything is cooked, mix the pasta, halloumi, veg, pesto and mayo together and enjoy!
