Nando's chicken three ways

Method

   Air Fryer Nando’s chicken - 162 cals:

   Cover the chicken breasts with the Nando’s rub and the marinade and leave for 30 minutes (or you can leave it overnight in the fridge if you like)

   Then heat to cook, spray with some spray oil and air fry on 180°C for 24 minutes or until cooked through, turning halfway

   Once cool, cut into strips and divide into 3 portions

   Nando’s chicken wrap - 341 cals:

   Add one portion to a wrap, fold up and enjoy! Save the other portions for the fridge until ready to make the other meals

   Nando’s chicken orzo - 325 cals:

   Cook the orzo according to the packet instructions and set aside to cool, once cool mix a portion of the chicken, the light cheese, light mayonnaise, Nando’s sauce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, red pepper, red pepper and yellow pepper and enjoy

   Nando’s chicken rice box - 400 cals:

    Microwave the rice following the packet instructions

    Add to a bowl with the last portion of chicken, top with the perinaise and chilli jam and enjoy!
