Slow cooker creamy paprika chicken

Method

   Put the chicken in a large bowl, add the paprika, a teaspoon of garlic, and season with salt and pepper; mix well, cover with clingfilm, and leave to marinate in the fridge for an hour

   Add the onion, oil, chicken, and stock to the slow cooker, mix together, and cook on slow for 4 hours or high for 2 hours

   30 minutes before the end, add the mushrooms, crème fraîche, Parmesan, and parsley, and stir together

   Serve with rice and garlic bread if desired, sprinkle with another pinch of paprika, and enjoy
