All recipesSpeedy ClubChilli cheeseburger pasta25 min 2 portionsSave recipeJoin to planI cooked thisPrint cardIngredientsCooking for22 beef burgers (5% fat)160g dried pasta1 small onion, diced1 tsp smoked paprika1 tsp garlic purée1 tsp cumin1/2 tsp oreganoPinch of chilli flakes (optional)2 tbsp tomato purée250ml semi-skimmed milk40g cheddar, gratedSprinkle of dried parsleyMethod1Start by frying the burgers off in a pan, breaking them up as you cook them, add the cumin, paprika, oregano, garlic and the chilli flakes if using and stir together2Next, add the onion and fry everything until softened3Now add the tomato purée, stir again, add the milk and 300ml of water, then add the dried pasta, stir and cover with a lid/some foil and let the pasta cook on a medium heat, stirring now and again to make sure it doesn't stick (mine took around 10-15 minutes)4Once the pasta has cooked, add the cheese on top and some jalapenos if you like, cover to let it melt for a couple of minutes, sprinkle some dried parsley and chilli flakes on top, serve and enjoy!#Beef#Under 30 minsComments Sign in to leave a comment.Be the first to leave a note.
