Drain and set aside.2Meanwhile, heat a pan over medium heat and brown the beef mince and diced onion together.3Stir in the garlic puree, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, tomato puree, and season with salt and pepper.4Add the tomato passata, stock cube and milk. Simmer for 5–10 minutes until thickened slightly into a rich sauce.5Spoon the beefy sauce into the cooked pasta shells to fill them generously.6Arrange the stuffed shells in a small ovensafe dish that fits inside your air fryer basket.7Scatter the grated cheddar cheese over the top.8Air fry at 180°C for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted, golden, and bubbling.9Top with sliced gherkins & burger sauce if you fancy the full cheeseburger effect!#Beef#High proteinComments Sign in to leave a comment.Be the first to leave a note.
