All recipesFake-Away ClubChicken satay ramen noodles 1 portionSave recipeJoin to planI cooked thisPrint cardYearly members: printable PDFIngredientsCooking for11 packet instant ramen1 chicken breast3 spring onions, sliced1.5 tsp peanut butter1 tsp garlic purée1.5 tsp hot honey or honey1 tsp chilli crisp oil2 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp tamarind pasteMethod1Slice the chicken breast into small strips and marinate in 1/2 tsp peanut butter, 1/2 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp garlic puree, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp chilli crisp oil (or a few chilli flakes) and some salt and pepper - marinate for around 30 mins2Place the chicken onto skewers and cook both sides on a grill pan for a couple of minutes just for some colour, transfer to the air fryer or oven to cook through on 180 for 10 minutes (check chicken is cooked through)3Meanwhile start frying the whites of the spring onions (save the green tops to decorate at the end) with 1/2 tsp garlic puree, add the ramen and 250 ml boiling water, sprinkle a tiny bit of the packet seasoning and discard the rest, cook the ramen, you can add more water if it needs it!4Now mix together 1 tbsp soy sauce with 1 tsp peanut butter, 1/2 tsp chilli crisp oil, 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp tamarind paste, add this to the cooked noodles, stir together for a couple of minutes until thickened5Serve the satay sticks on top of the noodles, garnish with the greens of the spring onions and enjoy!6NOTE - The ramen packet alone is around 500 cals so if you're watching your calories you could swap this for straight to wok noodles or a dried nest of noodles which is much lower in cals!#Chicken#High proteinComments Sign in to leave a comment.Be the first to leave a note.
