Prawn & chorizo skewers

Method

   Toss the prawns with the smoked paprika, garlic, oregano and some spray oil

   Add the prawns, chorizo, tomatoes and peppers to some skewers

   Cook in the air fryer 180°C for 6-8 minutes (depending on how big your prawns are) turning over half way

   Meanwhile, add the honey and chilli flakes to a bowl, mix and microwave for 1 minute

   Mix again and leave to infuse whilst you cook the rice following the packet instructions

   Serve the skewers with the rice and mixed salad, drizzle with the hot honey and enjoy!
