Pizza crumpet

Method

   Start by toasting your crumpet in a toaster to your usual liking

   Mix the tomato puree with the garlic and oregano and add a very small splash of water to loosen the pizza sauce up a little

   Now spread the toasted crumpet with the pizza sauce, top with the mozzarella and then add the pepperoni (cut the pepperoni up so it all fits on)

   Place under a preheated grill on a medium heat to cook, only takes a few minutes so keep your eye on it

   Once it looks nice and golden - dig in and enjoy!
