You could also cook them in the air fryer or oven2Meanwhile, boil your potatoes for the mashed potato3Remove the sausages from the pan, and add the leek to cook in the juices from the sausages4Add the butter and mix until melted, then add in the flour and whisk together until you have a paste5Now gradually add in the stock, whisking consistently until you have a thick gravy (you might not need all of the stock)6Finally, season the gravy - add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic purée, mustard, thyme, and some salt and pepper to taste (like plenty of pepper in mine!)7Mix everything together and taste - adjust if needed - then add the sausages back to the pan to finish cooking8Finish the mash off by draining the potatoes and allowing to steam dry a little, before mashing together with butter and milk and seasoning with salt and pepper9Serve the sausages and gravy on top of the mash#PorkComments Sign in to leave a comment.Be the first to leave a note.
