All recipesComfort ClubOne pot bacon & leek boursin pasta bucatini25 minSave recipeJoin to planI cooked thisPrint cardYearly members: printable PDFIngredientsCooking for45 smoked bacon rashers, chopped1 smoked bacon rasher, cooked until crispy1 leek, sliced1 tsp garlic purée300g dried bucatini spaghetti or any long pasta75g garlic and herb soft cheesePinch chilli flakes1/2 chicken stock pot800ml boiling waterMethod1Start by frying the bacon with some spray oil in a large pan with a lid2Once cooked, add the sliced leek and soften, then add the garlic, black pepper, and chilli flakes, stir together3Air fry, grill or pan fry the other rasher until crispy, save to crumble on the pasta when serving4Now add the 1/2 chicken stock pot to the bacon & leeks with 800ml boiling water (could be too salty if you use more than half due to bacon!) mix together and add in the spaghetti (I broke mine to fit into the pan)5Stir well and cover with a lid, cook for around 8 minutes on a medium heat or until the pasta has cooked through6Now stir in the Boursin and let it all heat through together, you can add a splash of water if it needs it, top with the crispy bacon, and enjoy!#Chicken#Pork#Under 30 minsComments Sign in to leave a comment.Be the first to leave a note.
