Air fryer pizza toastie

Method

   Make the sauce by mixing the tomato purée, the garlic powder, chilli flakes and oregano, add a splash of water to loosen a little

   Spread one side of the bread slices with pizza sauce, top one slice with half of the cheese and the ham and some black pepper then put the other slice on top (pizza sauce side up)

   Add the rest of the cheese on top and air fry for 7 minutes on 155°C. Check halfway to make sure the cheese isn't burning. It's better on a lower temperature to ensure the toastie is crispy but the cheese doesn't burn!

   Serve and enjoy!
