Giant yorkie

Method

   Whisk together the egg, milk and flour until smooth and season with salt and pepper.

   Spray a cake tin with olive oil and put it in a preheated 200°C oven for around 5 minutes to heat up.

   Take the tin out and pour the batter in, return to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, don’t open the door while it’s cooking!

   While it’s cooking fry the onion in the butter on a low heat for about 20 minutes until they’re soft and caramelised.

   Once baked, put the Yorkshire pudding on a plate and top with the sausages, mash and peas.

   Stir the bisto gravy into the onions and pour this over the Yorkshire pudding and sausages, serve and enjoy!
